Assist-Travel/Transport (0108)

NDIS participants whose disabilities make it difficult for them to travel and hinder their mobility can avail travel and transport assistance in their plan. There are many disabilities and conditions that can make it difficult for people to easily access transport, or even travel comfortably in their own private vehicle. In such cases, Pristine Care can provide the necessary travel assistance based on the participant’s NDIS plan.

Our travel/transport support services include various forms of assistance such as:

  • Accompany participants in public transport such as buses and train to help them travel comfortably

  • Training them to use public transport on their own without the need to bring a support worker alongside

  • Providing tools and equipment that are required to help them access transport, like wheelchair lifts or ramps.

  • Arranging taxis and cabs

  • Helping them travel in their own private vehicle, and making necessary additions or modifications to the vehicle to make it easy for them to access, enter, and even drive if possible.

Rest assured that we will assign the best care workers for your transport needs, to make sure that you enjoy a smooth and pleasant commute or travel.

Household Tasks (0120)

Disabilities can make it difficult, or even impossible, for people to perform daily household tasks such as cleaning and cooking. That is why NDIS participants can also avail support for daily activities in their plan to enjoy a clean and well-managed home even if they cannot do so themselves.

Pristine Care foundation has a team of hardworking and dedicated care workers who can handle all your household work regularly or even daily if required. The services we offer through our trained and qualified support workers include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

  • Cleaning and vacuuming your home

  • Washing, cleaning, and drying (laundry as well as dishes)

  • Kitchen maintenance

  • Outdoor maintenance for lawns, gardens, and yards, such as weeding, trimming and mowing.

  • Cooking healthy and nutritious meals as per your required diet.

  • Grocery shopping to get all the essentials stocked in your homes like bathroom supplies, kitchen ingredients, cleaning materials, and anything else your home needs.

If you’re living by yourself, we can arrange for a care provider to look after your household needs 24×7. And if the care provider needs to take a short or long-term leave due to any reason, we can also manage respite care by assigning an equally proficient substitute care worker for the time being.
